The save file is intended to enable a GenX childhood and youth to be played. Therefore, the save file is inspired by the 70s and 80s. The houses have no computers or flat-screen TVs, in the neighborhoods there are play areas, open air areas, ponds in the forest, quarry lake for swimming, Christmas markets, roller rinks...
The Sims, especially in Willow Creek, have family contacts, preferences, professions, club memberships (get together required) and skills. There are some backstories to discover or guess. The clubs/clubs are created so that Sims in the neighborhood/world can get to know each other. But Sims with special interests may also have contacts in neighboring words with the help of the clubs.
Willow Creek is inspired by a small German town.
With the version 3.0 of this save file I added systems and items from the packs Adventure awaits and Businesses. I did not change much in the new worlds but added a lot of custom venues with interesting systems and a few small businesses. If you don't own these packs, I recommend to download a earlier version.
For creating the Save File I used the mods: Better Build Buy, Tool, UI Cheats and the bb.moveobjects cheat. \Please do not re-upload or claim as your own.
There is a Gen x challenge for this save file.
