Bees' Basegame Savefile

 I’ve rebuilt all 3 worlds in the Sims 4 with basegame-only, filled with 25 new households (including relationships, careers, family trees, and backstories), 52 unique residential & community lots, townies, and drama.

I also tried to include many of the build, buy, and CAS content/features that were added since the basegame launched - including pools, platforms, infants & toddlers, likes, sentiments, identity settings, curved walls, and more.

I envisioned this as a great file for rotational gameplay (switching between households occasionally), but of course you can play however you like.  

I hope you have fun playing in the save! 

Install Instructions

1. Download the file and unzip it
2. Copy the file Slot_XXXXXXXX.save to your saves folder (Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves)
3. If you already have a save file with the same name rename one of them (must be numeric)
4. Start your game and load the save

Wei-Martinez (4 Canal St, Willow Creek)

Yan and Amira have three children - Lin, Jia, and Sia. The twins love to do everything together - as they grow up, will they stay alike or find their own paths? Amira's mother Maria Elena moved in as well after her husband's passing in a tragic cowplant incident. Since the accident, Amira and Maria Elena have forbidden anyone to go near Francisco's garden, but Lin has been sneaking out to tend to her late grandfather's plants. 

Wei (Chun & Karim) (46 Ridgeline Drive, Newcrest)

Chun and Karim feel like they've finally made it. They found each other, they're deeply in love, and their two children are the joy of their lives. Even if Karim's parents disapprove of them, they've got plenty of family around. Karim's government job provides a steady income and won't cause any problems, while Chun is a stay-at-home dad and does the occasional freelance programming gig. 

Wei (Hao & Ling) (12 Prickly Pear Drive, Oasis Springs)

Ever the jokesters, Hao and Ling are loving retirement more than ever. Whether traveling the world to find the latest collectibles, or having their grandchildren stay over for the weekend, or just going for their evening jog along the creek, this couple has a strong bond and a beautiful family. 

Brooks (6 Sierra Vista Drive, Oasis Springs)

Grace and Remy Brooks rule their house with an iron fist. Now retired, Grace maintains the perfectionism of corporate work, and Samuel has always been more at home in the lab. The couple pressured their remaining son Remy into a soul-crushing programming career, stifling his dreams of culinary artistry. Remy finds solace in hidden cookbooks, comedy, and guitar. On top of that, he resents his parents for disowning his brother, and forbidding him from talking to Karim or his husband and children. 

Wei (Mei-Hua) (19 courtyard Lane, Willow Creek)

Mei-Hua got her sense of humor from her parents. As the middle child, she's always been a bit overlooked, and she used comedy to get attention. Now as an adult, she's trying to make a career of it, or something. She's casually dating, but not looking for anything too serious right now, unless the right person comes along.

Coleman (18 Courtyard Lane, Willow Creek)

Miranda and Jackson had been teen sweethearts and got married right out of high school. While she had dreamed of being a painter, once they had kids she settled into being a stay-at-home mom. Everything turned upside-down when she found out Jackson had been cheating on her all along - and left her for her (ex!) best friend! Now she's raising two teens, trying to restart a career, and wondering if she'll ever find someone who doesn't lead her to heartbreak.

Fox (14 Prickly Pear Drive, Oasis Springs)

Angelica and Jackson tried to keep their passionate affair a secret from Jackson's wife - and Angelica's best friend - Miranda. But as their hidden trysts became more frequent, it became harder to hide. Everything came out when Angelica realized she was pregnant. Now that they've moved in together and the excitement is fading, resentment and secrecy is growing between the two.
