Modern take on a ranch. With this one I tried to combine a ranch and a modern family mansion, I hope you will like it. Fully furnished, CC free, build. The style is Luxury x Rustic.
- Main level : entry, formal living room, family/games room, cloakroom, 2 half bathrooms, main staircase, kitchen/dining room, chef’s kitchen, 4 bedrooms (each with its own bathroom and closet, the one next to the mudroom is ideal for a butler), secondary staircase, mudroom and carport.
- Upper level : master bedroom (with its own bathroom, closet and balcony), mezzanine with a library and office, gardening balcony and 2 bedrooms (each with its own bathroom, closet and balcony).
- Lower level : laundry, nectar room (including access to a cellar), club, cinema, half bathroom. gym/sauna/indoor pool, full bathroom and patio. It’s very easy to add more rooms on this level.
- Gardens : stable for 2 horses, paddock, landscaped gardens, kitchen garden, multiple seating areas, playground, outdoor kitchen and pool.
- Lot size : 64×64, designed for the Red Roan Field lot in Chestnut Ridge.
- Packs used for the shell/gardens : Eco Lifestyle, Get Together and Horse Ranch. Many others for the interior.
