Willow Creek Community Pool (001)

Hi there! Here is a nice, small, and well set up community pool for your sims. Built in a starter area opposite the BFF house, is this bright and friendly community facility featuring a pool, towels and sun loungers for getting a tan, pool floaties, a grill, tables and chairs, 4 bathrooms, indoor and outdoor seating, a bar, easels, and instruments. I have also placed a few trees and plants, and there is room for more around the edge, but I've left that space for you to choose your own.

Requires the Island Living DLC.

Extensively playtested (my sim lives next door and spends her days off at the pool), fits nicely onto a 30x20, 39,741 Simoleons. 

To add a room to your lot, navigate to your Tray folder, usually found in Documents>Electronic Arts>The Sims 4>Tray and unzip the file into it or unzip in downloads and move the files into Tray.
