Velvet Apartement

This apartement was built on 1312 21 Chic Street, I built it for my new legacy founder. (I never played with her again after this lol.) The original owner was Penny Pizzaz but sadly she had to be evicted :D

Very small space, I kinda kept the original layout because I figured it would fit a single sim well. 

Lot value is 22,928 simoleons.

It has a bathroom but too small to take pictures about and bathrooms aren't really interesting anyway xD
