6 units of ultra-modded, ultra-luxury Dingbat living. You don't know what a dingbat is? Have you ever been to Del Sol Valley..??

This six unit set of twin Dingbats is so Del Sol Valley that it hurts - but in the best way, with off-street parking, private garages, large outdoor decks, a shared pool deck/crossfit gym/creative space/multifunction space, on-site laundry, and a touch of understated mid-20th century charm, totally reborn for the 21st century. Apartments range from 1-3 bedrooms. Some have private decking, some do not. Floorplans vary - see below for more.

USES MODS: This lot is a showcase of available mods, and as such it has a long list of required mods. You can find them at the end. Thank you to each and every creator for allowing me to showcase some of the best the platform has to offer. I largely sourced available things from CurseForge but I did use mods available elsewhere, and will link to them directly. Units with garages contain vehicles, which increases the overall price.

Lot overview: Vaucuous Green Apartments is a twin pair of square Dingbats, large structures most well known for offering long, narrow apartments, raised living, and unapologetic mid-20th century style. In this guise, Vaucuous Green offers 3 units per building (6 total), with one whole-floor apartment on the first floor of each building, and 2 additional units sharing the floor above. All units have access to common 2nd floor decking with great views of the mountain ranges, and split between them is a pool deck, while one building houses the laundry, creative space and multi-use space, the other is home to a crossfit gym.

Building description: Two square Dingbat buildlings with wrap-around multi-level decking, front and rear vehicle access and twin stairwells between all levels. One building is white with black accenting, the other is black with white accenting. All units offer modern windows giving the best views possible from all angles, while maintaining height restrictions of the neighborhood. All units use medium-sized walls. The exteriors are clad in a variety of stone, wood and accent pieces with a central stone patio offering a pool, access to the crossfit gym and shared creative spaces.

MODLIST:

This lot is a creative showcase in a number of ways. For one, I wanted to play with floorplans in this build, and give a variety of looks while trying to convey a cohesive theme for each unit. Every space has its own feeling, and some of these mods are brand new to me - this is the first time I've ever had a chance to bring them together in a build. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did bringing them together. Below is a full list of all assets used.
