Upland Place Elder Home

A homey home just for elder Sims! They can live comfortably in their retirement - just rent a room and socialize with other elders.

Retirement homes and nursing homes are expensive irl. (Near where I live anyway.) So some people have turned their homes into "elder homes". So I built one for my Sims!

One Sim lives here (in the room with the attached bathroom), and takes care of the elders who rent out the 4 bedrooms.

There is a large kitchen, dining room, living room with a huge TV, sitting room for knitting and cross stitch, and a games room for chess, puzzles, etc. And, of course, laundry and bathing facilities for the residents.
