Hi there, here is an unfurnished (apart from having lights) spellcaster's tower! It has 4 stories and is quite compact, but does fit all the things required to be a functional house (including a couldron for a spellcaster). I am currently fully playtesting the furnished version before releasing it on here. I haven't separated out a bathroom in this version, but if you'd like an idea of where to put it, in the version I'm playtesting at the moment it's sort of beside the stairs towards the back on the second floor, with an irregular shape. I hope to be adding the fully furnished version within the next couple of days.
Uses content from Realm of Magic and Jungle Adventure. No CC. 12,053 Simoleons, and was built on a 30x20 and is compact so will pretty much fit anywhere. Requires bb.moveobjects to be on.
To add a lot to your game, navigate to your Tray folder, usually found in Documents>Electronic Arts>The Sims 4>Tray and unzip the file into it or unzip in downloads and move the files into Tray. The lot will then be available in your library.
