Hi there! Here I have a community pool I built on the Tranquil Crescent lot in Newcrest, which is 30x30.
The pool resides in a glass building to allow sunlight in, has 3 changing rooms, various decor, floaties, a ladder to jump off, and an area outside for sunbathing and eating.
Requires: Cottage Living, Island Living, Cats and Dogs, Get Together, and Jungle Adventure. No CC. 43,002 Simoleons.
To add a lot to your game, navigate to your Tray folder, usually found in Documents>Electronic Arts>The Sims 4>Tray and unzip the file into it or unzip in downloads and move the files into Tray. The lot will then be available in your library.
