The dining room, positioned adjacent to the living room, creates a harmonious space for entertaining. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a convenient dining table. The living area includes a cozy sofa and coffee table, adorned with plants and minimalistic decor. A staircase leads to an upper level, where a washing machine and dryer are neatly tucked away, maximizing the use of vertical space. The apartment includes a bathroom, located off the hallway, that serves both the bedroom and kids' room. The bedroom offers ample space and comfort, while the kids' room is thoughtfully designed for children. 

To install this lot in your game:

1. Download the lot and unzip the files.
2. Copy all the extracted files.
3. Paste them into your Tray folder (located at Documents → Electronic Arts → The Sims 4 → Tray).
4. Launch The Sims 4, open the Gallery, and go to the My Library tab.
