<small>I created this lot for one of the Sims in my Powhatan Legacy. I usually don't put up residential Lots very often, but I also never put them up for my personal saves. I wanted to share this one because it's a style I'm not used to and I literally had to look on google for a lot of inspiration (at least for the outside of it).</small>

<small>It was built in Windenburg, but I imagine it would look good in Forgotten Hollow as well?</small>

<small>This Lot is a just a shell. There is lighting inside and outside as well as a fireplace and a wood-burning stove, but the rest you'll have to decorate yourself. I didn't want to decorate it beforehand because I know the inside will be personal to the Sim in the legacy and at the moment she's only got $10 left -- and my legacy members don't use the money cheat.</small>

<small>With that said, there are also Plasma trees on this lot so it is perfect for your Vampire Sims or sims that aspire to become one. There is also a mod by LittleMsSam that let's you drink plasma straight from the fruit instead of having to order the plasma packs (if your vampire doesn't want to prey on Sims for their plasma fix).</small>
