Slip 42 Compound (Mars Colony)

Welcome to Mars! I have begun to transform Strangerville into a Mars Colony. The terraforming was not as successful as we had hoped. This is an underground bunker with 6 rooms for rent. There is a living room on each residential floor with a kitchen, a gym, and a study for the residents to share. The bottom floor is a garden. How will your sim contribute to this new world?

This compound was built to be placed on the Slip 42 lot in Strangerville and is a residential rental.
