Relax in the wood canopy pergolas and pool, that overlook the San Sequoia Sea and Bridge!

Splashpad and Sandpit, includes a toddler slide, infant playmat, toy boxes and a dollhouse!

*A BBQ Grill, and lots of outdoor seating: picnic tables, dining tables, benches & 2 wooden pergolas to relax under and shelter from the hot sun!

*A "lotus" Pool for adults and elders to relax in under the pergolas and the shade of a leaf canopy!

originally built on the 'anchorpoint abode' lot in san sequoia, but can be placed wherever you like!

when playtested, everything worked as i expected (but if desired you can move the towels on the loungers to have them all be functional)
