Rosvellian Palace [NO CC}]

this is for a 64x64 lot only, it takes all the possible space within (fully furnished)

NOTE ! this lot isnt possible to be played if you're playing survival game without money cheat, 80K per payment needed for electrical bills. unless you made your own changes.. but i put lights.. literally everywhere hidden in things with bb.moveobjects to light things up

contain 3 floor and 1 basement for (servants quarter)
master bedroom is in third floor middle section, this palace came with a total of 8 bedrooms with different coloured theme, royal theme each with personal space and bathrooms (no walk in closet except for master bedroom)

there are few other bedrooms for servant quarters at the basement. and 17 bathroom (the ones inside each bedchambers included)

the lot is specialized as royal palace, with royalty mod installed (for my gameplay) so you'll need llazyneiph royalty mod or any other available if you'd like.

-servants quarter, housing 6 available servant (mod would be needed)

-banquet room 2 types (conjoined)

-8 bed rooms (all double bedding)
-2 toddler bedding (within kid's room)
-15 bathrooms
-laundry room

you'd need all the expansion packs mentioned above to fully install the palace without missing feature, enjoy
