The ground floor is left to your free time:

There's a fish pond (you can also swim in it), a little river with a bridge, you can enjoy the sun or just nature there.

The first Floor:

Here you can find the kitchen and the living room with enormous space for whatever you want to do. There's one extra WC, too. From the kitchen, you have a nice view of the garden downstairs, but also into the big pool on the upper floor. You can leave the living room over a bridge to head for the adult sleeping room (with the master bath). From there your children just take the stairs up to their own room with two beds and three more baths (if friends want to stay the night with the children, they will have their own bath). It is also possible to reach the children's room from the ground floor by stairs, as well as the master bedroom.

The second floor:

There's much to discover. From the kitchen going upstairs there, you find a nice pool landscape, sandy and airy. Space to throw salmon with garlic onto the grill and watch your children take a ride into the water from the play tower. Or, maybe, they want to explore the playhouse the architect built into the middle of four trees - it is on the same floor, but can only be reached by a ladder.

On the third floor, right above the grill area, you can plant your own veggies and fruits.

The very top floor is designed for rocket scientists: There you can start your own rocket, no joke.

The price for such an exclusive mansion is rather modest: All furnished, it is only 529.021 Simoleons!
