This house is perfect for a single sim or a couple :)

It has an open kitchen and an amazing living room, inspired by old midcentury living rooms. The whole house has a midcentury modern inspired design but mixed with my own style.

There are some activities, the garage is used as a small warehouse, the idea behind it was that the sim that lives here is renovating the house and threw a lot of stuff in the garage they don't need.

But it also has a woodworking table, an easel and a treadmill. There's a chess table too but there's no chairs because the sim wasn't interested in chess :D Also there's a bar, a stereo and a small hang out area.

Outside your sim can do a lot of gardening, they can gaze the sky and sunbath.

This home costs 134.081 simoleons and was built on a 40x30 lot.
