This build is on a 30x40 lot. It is a respectful reproduction of the Lovell Beach House in Newport Beach, built in 1926 by R. M. Schindler. It is recognized as a masterpiece of modern architecture.

To build this lot, I used no custom content or cheats. I referenced layouts and pictures I found publicly available online.

My purpose with this build was to archive an important example of modern architecture, and also breath new life into it by making it accessible to players.

I think that the merits of this build are its large windows, efficient floorplan, and large outdoor space.

The build is available for free on the Sims 4 Gallery as well.
