🛍️Lot Multibusiness cosy retro 90's l Challenge construction SIMS 4

I present to you my plot of land, which is part of my building challenge, thanks to "BUSINESS AND HOBBIES " which you can find here 👉 PARTICIPATE IN THE CHALLENGE 👈

Let me show you around, starting on the left with the pink building:

• On the ground floor is Carla's jewelry shop (if you're playing with my Sims).
• Right behind it is her workshop.
• Then there's the main entrance/hall that leads to her workshop and upstairs.
• Upstairs is her apartment.

In the middle, with the stone building:

• On the ground floor is Gabriel's butcher and fish shop where he sells his catch. You even have two refrigerators/sales areas at your disposal if you want to run a catering business and sell meat and fish dishes.
• At the back is a small garden accessible to members of the household, with a barbecue and a small bar.
• Upstairs is Gabriel's apartment.

To the right, with the yellow building:

• On the ground floor, a colorful, retro bubble tea shop with a terrace that's not too cluttered.
• Upstairs, the apartment you can create by participating in the challenge. And if you don't want to build, leave it empty and just hire staff to run the bubble tea service.

To install the lot in your game:

• Download the zipped folder
• Open "My Documents," then "Electronic Arts," then "The Sims 4," then "Tray"
• Open your zipped folder
• Select all the files inside the zipped folder and drag them into your "Tray" folder. Never put folders in "Tray"!

You can find my creation by going to your game, clicking on Gallery, then "My Library." And there you go! =)
