Hello! Today I present to you two London inspired townhouses. These are just the shells, I do plan to furnish at least one of them and the little annex underground and upload it to the platformon once I'm finished. All the CC used for the exterior is free except for the fence on the first townhouse terrace, but you can replace it with a base game one if you so wish or even with other cc ones by felix. It's a base game only*, built in the world of Newcrest in a 40x20 lot.

First townhouse: 5 floors total (basement) and it's been renovated and got a modern extension for the kitchen area, also features: 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 3 half baths, office/extra bedroom area, laudry room (planned), family area basement with big windows, family terrace-bar area and a generous backyard.

Second townhouse: 4 floors total (basement annex) and it's waiting permission for renovation, but it features: 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 1 half bath, office/extra bedroom area, great bacyard area.

Annex: basement of the second townhouse with it's own front door and street access. Can be converted to be an integral part of the townhouse or used as a rental/relative living quarters.
