[kta] Mas Del Garbi

IIn Catalan "Mas" or "Masia" from the latin Masum means: isolated country house, assigned to a rural property of a family-type for agricultural or rancher exploitation. "Garbí", also here in Catalunya, is a wind that blows from the southwest or south-southwest. Is usually very common in the summer, given that it originates from the turn of the marinade in the afternoon in some sectors of the coast.

So, what i bring u here is a typical Catalan country coast house, wonderful for your sims to spend their springs and summers.

The lot is a 30x30 size.

It has 2 floors.

On the ground floor u'll find:

A magnificent garden area with a pool and lounge zone, a fountain, BBQ, gardening area and several nice corners  and spaces to spend leisure time with family and friends.

- A hall that leads to the distributor and the stairs to the 1st floor. Also there's a little complimentary bathroom.

- To the left u'll find this big open area that contains the living, the dining and the kitchen.

- A little office to keep updated and do some workhome if necessary.

On the 1st floor u'll find:

- The main bedroom with in suite bathroom and a terrace.

- 2 bedrooms.

- 1 bathroom.

The house is full furnished but CC is not included for respect to their creators. U can find the CC List with all the download links to the items i used to decorate it on my website (ktasims.com). Or u can just download the blueprints and decorate it yourself :)
