Haven Heights Artist's Penthouse
Don't like decorating? Don't want to take the time? Here's a penthouse for you to plop down. It's nothing special.
I made this Penthouse for an upcoming Story. Which hopefully I will start sharing soon on IG.
The sim that lives here is an artist who is afraid of the world, but curious about it.
It features an art studio, a photography studio and fun indoor and outdoor pools.
- No CC, mostly play tested, made with move objects on
- 40x30 (Can be placed on a regular lot, just switch out the elevator with a door)

- Swimming pools on 2 different levels with windows in them that open into rooms.
- Multiple packs used (You can still download even if you don't have the packs. You will just be missing a few items.)
