Oakenstead home in Willow Creek renovated into 5, 1 bedroom/1 bathroom, apartments for seniors (or whoever, I filled it with elders for my storyline). Shared spaces include a study area for computers, reading, painting, and chess, a small gym, a grilling patio, a gazebo, a pond, garden beds, and plenty of outdoor space. All units are open concept with full kitchens. Some have designated dining spaces and some have a breakfast counter only. Fully furnished.
