Hi there, this is my spellcaster's tower- the furnished version. Furnished and carefully playtested, it features all the necessities one needs in a house, but is an octogonal, 4 floor tower perfect for spellcasters or anyone with a penchant for the magickal themed wonder of having their home set over 4 floors of towery goodness.
Built on a 30x20 lot and fits comfortably with room to create your own custom forest or terrain around it. The tower is compact enough to fit on even smaller lots, and would of course look grand on a huge lot, surrounded by whimsical landscaping. 43,664 Simoleons.
I won't list everything it has here, suffice to say, it covers all the usual household necessities, plus a cauldron for making potions. It has a bedroom on the top floor and 1 tiny, weirdly shaped bathroom, that was fun to figure out!
bb.moveobjects ON is necessary for this build. I have also used debug objects. No CC has been used, however, it does require the following DLC: Realm of Magic, Jungle Adventure, and Vampires.
To add a room to your lot, navigate to your Tray folder, usually found in Documents>Electronic Arts>The Sims 4>Tray and unzip the file into it or unzip in downloads and move the files into Tray.
