This is a small home ready for 4 sims (one of them being a toddler).

Price: 65.645

Updated: playtested with four sims and fixed the problems that were happening (06/03/2024)

Changed some decoration and also added 2 links that were missing.

Download Instructions:

=>Before you install the HOUSE, you must download the custom content;

CCs: download each one and extract their contents, adding them to your Mods folder.

Enable bb.moveobjects cheat before placing the house.

HOUSE installation: after downloading the custom contents, you can download the SIM zip file  and add it to your TRAY folder.
