Welcome to the Evermore Save Project, a brand-new save file for The Sims 4 that I’m building and publishing step by step.

🌿 About the Evermore Save
This save project is all about renovating every world in The Sims 4 to make them immersive, story-driven, and connected. With time, Evermore will include new builds, family households, and lore tying everything together.

Instead of waiting until everything is finished, I decided to share each build as I create it for my own gameplay. This way, you can follow along and add lots to your game as the world slowly comes alive. The save will include stories, lores, and families to make neighborhoods feel truly immersive.

✨ Evermore Project #03 – 204 Foundry Cove Street (Willow Creek)

Once a cozy family home, this house now stands abandoned, with peeling wallpaper, broken furniture, and a “For Sale” sign that’s been there for years. No one seems ready to buy it… but the neighborhood teens often use it as a hangout spot for parties and late-night gatherings.

This build is intentionally left semi-furnished and run-down, giving you the freedom to:

• Renovate it into a brand-new family home.
• Keep it abandoned for storytelling purposes.
• Use it as a “squat house” for your gameplay.

The choice is entirely yours—make it your own or let it stay as part of Foundry Cove’s hidden stories.
