Evergreen Manor
I moved Pigulock Manor from Evergreen Harbor to Tartosa! There is no cc in this build.
Also, this build is unfurnished so your Sims can make it their own. It comes with complete kitchen, bathrooms, laundry (if you have Laundry Day), and a few bits of furniture. The bedroom colors are neutral so your Sims can decorate to their liking.

Remember to place this in your TRAY folder, not your Mods folder!
