Interior features: Breathtaking rustic trim and hardwood everywhere. Period-correct appliances - or lack thereof, no TVs in this house! - but plenty of charm and simple touches. Slow down, don't let life pass you by so quickly.

Exterior features: Also breathtakingly rustic, from the windows and doors and tin roof to the dirt stoop. The house is made from pale wood and mortar, with gray trim, and gray and pale wood-trimmed windows. A throwback to a time when 'land claim' meant showing up and building something. The property features a private space for a horse under a pergola, and an attached covered plant nursery with workshop. Nearby, you'll find a fire pit and other rustic touches that make this famous old house a home.

- Being based on a real-life landmark is always a plus, and in such a great location in New Appaloosa next door to everything equestrian.

- A 2 bedroom fully functional house with space for a horse for under 40,000 simoleons is basically unheard of
- Firepit! Great spot to sit under the stars, and with a fireplace to boot winter won't be so harsh.
- Country Kitchen appliances mean better quality food, and usable off-the-grid (trait not enabled, but you totally could.)
- Bonus: Even though it's based on a registered landmark, the home is a great starter home plus for a family looking to do the opposite of living the big city life.
