The Lot:
*Landscape*
This is a landscape only. You can use it as a base for your own build, or as just a scenic lot for your sims to visit.
Description: A mossy pond sits on the front corner of the lot taking up a large portion of the ground. There are lots of red flowers and other plant life, as well as a chair/swing (nonfunctional swing) hanging from one of the trees. There are rundown fences lining one side of this lot indicating that at one time someone had tried to make use of the pond.
I used the tool mod to build this, but you do not need it to use this lot. Make sure you have your move objects cheats on when downloading, but otherwise it's completely cc free.
