Hi there, here is a compact house with all of the basics but good quality versions. Dog friendly with a dog bowl and bed, and with a garden that features a pond for your own private fishing. Suitable for a single person or couple with a dog, or maybe two. Built on the lot called Comfy Cubby in Newcrest which is a 20x15 so this will fit anywhere.
Downstairs:
Living room features a sofa, lamp, rug, mini bar, and "the landlord whisperer" stereo.
Kitchen features Icebox of Steel fridge, London's Choice oven, minimal counters due to space constraints, a coffee machine, and a nano can (I love the nano cans).
Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and mirror.
Upstairs:
The stairs lead to an open area where there sits a desk and computer with a lamp and room for a bookshelf of your choosing. At the front there is a double bedroom with a double bed, rug, two bedside tables, dog bed and fish tank.
Outside: Various plants and trees, a swingset, paviliion, woodworking bench, two mature plants in pots- snapdragons and strawberries (the basics for making a dragonfruit plant via splicing), pond with fishing enabled, and barbecue. There is also a plate of burgers on the floor that one of my Sims left there during the playtest and I didn't spot til I was photographing the place, and an empty plate on the bar inside too. Sneaky Sims!

To add a lot to your game, navigate to your Tray folder, usually found in Documents>Electronic Arts>The Sims 4>Tray and unzip the file into it or unzip in downloads and move the files into Tray. The lot will then be available in your library.
