69 First Avenue was the home of the Charming family, which included Claire Charming and her dog Luna Charming. Originally this house was small, with a yard decorated with small rose bushes, white picket fences, a small terrace and a pond in the backyard. Except for the bedroom and bathroom, the interior was undivided, though the shape of the house served to distinguish the living area/lounge from the kitchen/dining area. 

I recreated this house in The Sims 4. I added a lot more decorative elements to each interior space, but the overall structure of the interior remained unchanged. The garden was enriched with grass and additional plants, while the terrace was enhanced with new elements.
