I built a functional hospital to replace the one that appears in the game. I used CC from mods that I use in my game. Please note that if you do not use these mods or CC, these objects will not appear in the construction when you place it, but it will still be functional.

How to put this solar panel and replace the hospital in the game?

The first thing is to go to the Original Hospital.
There are two ways to get to the game hospital:
-When a sim gives birth
-When a sim with the profession of Doctor goes to work.

Once you are in the Original Hospital, the following tricks must be activated:
-Open the cheat console by pressing the Ctrl+Shift+C keys.
-Type        TestingCheats on             and press Enter
-Type         bb.moveobjects on       and press Enter
-Type          bb.enablefreebuild     and press Enter
Then press the Esc key to close the cheat console and the solar will have been replaced, Save and Done.
