Hi guys! This is Boarding School I've created whilst renewing every world for my save file in The Sims 4. It's a private school for your teen and/or young adult sims, and it includes:
- Stables
- Pool area
- Different classrooms for your sims' activities in skills - They are decorated to have a business course classroom, an architectural classroom, an art studio, a little fitness area and a ballroom (Decorated as ballet class so if you have ballet mod you can use it as a ballet studio). There's also a gardening section and a tribune to practice speech skills
- Kitchen & common areas
- Separate staff house with a little surveillance area
- Basketball court
- A secret nook for your most rebellious sims ;)
There are five bedrooms in total but much more sleeping spaces. I haven't decorated all of them as I thought you guys might want to use your own decoration or even transform this build into University Campus so your sims will come with their own stuff.
Speaking of that, I am uploading this build as Generic Lot Type even though in my head it's supposed to be a Custom Venue. I thought some of you might not have Adventure Awaits pack or would simply prefer to customize this lot to your liking - You can use it as a Residential Rent for the (almost) same gameplay or Britchester dorm or anything else really so I wouldn't want you feel constrained to my view of things đ«¶
