Update! - BEL AIR LUXURY - Updated 18.05.26 !

PLEASE NOTE!

Updated with a new file because I encountered a bug (18,05.26- due to the latest game update).
It has been fixed, and I've also added a new room – a children's room. (The house now contains 6 bedrooms).

I also added new decorative objects and a roof on the upstairs balcony.
On the second floor, I've removed the pool table (it wasn't needed there, as one is located on the ground floor) and added a game table instead, for four Sims.

This luxury villa has all the comforts. The house is very cozy and perfect for a large family. It features five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a large living room, a bar, 2 bathrooms, an office/library, and a gym.
Both floors are occupied by bedrooms and the remaining bathrooms.
Outside there is a large swimming pool and a place for barbecue, rest and recreation.
At the very bottom, below the level, there are garages or a utility room (can be developed).
