Autumn Mystic House

My girlfriend introduced me to the work of Dina Dennaoui, also known as lulumoonowlbooks on Instagram, one evening, and I fell in love with the cozy and magical aesthetic of her creations. Here is the post she showed me : https://www.instagram.com/p/Cw-1q3NPu5k/?img_index=1.

The next day (about a month ago), I started working on a Sims 4 version of this post, with each room either being a reproduction or inspired by these autumn designs.

The challenge was to avoid the use of custom content (CC), but instead, it's a house created with T.O.O.L. As I know that many players complain about builders creating unplayable lots, I tested my creations before making them available to you. Be aware, though, due to the number of objects, it might be heavy on a lower-end PC.

Built with a paranormal theme, it features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 separate toilets, an office, a dressing room, and a potion/floral crafting room. Everything is functional. There's even a little creepy surprise.

I've created three versions:

• The first one uses a 40x30 lot and has no CC, but the issue is that the decoration includes many pumpkins, which start to rot after 5 days, so you'll need to remove or replace them (you can plant some in the backyard).
• The second one is a smaller replica of the first, designed for a 30x20 lot (ideal for Glimmerbrook), with no rotting pumpkins.
• The last one is the one I recommend if you can use CC: it's the first one but with decorative pumpkins. You can find the CC here.
