It's a converted factory style INDUSTRIAL LOFT for an artist or artists. The building combines their living space, in the loft area, their work space and a gallery for their art is on the lower floor. So this is a build that you could use in multiple ways! If you wanted to make it a retail venue, you could sell art and live there. You will just need to add a cash register and I'd probably block off the living space because everyone will gravitate towards the computer LOL Not cool!
