Inspired by the bakery where Claudie Wells’ father works. I tried to make it accurate to 1920s while only using items from the game, but it also works for modern saves. Pretend that the bubble tea stand is a soda fountain.
It is a generic lot but has the requirements for retail. I recommend setting it as that if you have Get to Work. You will need High School Years for a majority of the BB assets. Move Objects was only used for the landscaping out front, which is a little glitched due to the curved walls.
I placed it on a 20x20 lot in Britechester.
