A carpenter can be very prosperous and the owner of this house certainly is. The house is solid and easy to defend, and yet comfortable to live in.

In this house your sim could successfully develop the handicraft skill, and still live a comfortable life with a large family.

The inspiration of this build came from frescoes and other images from the Akrotíri settlement in Santorini, Greece. I claim no historical accuracy!

Tip 1: When in play mode click on the door upstairs and choose it as your entrance door. Otherwise your guests will arrive at the workshop door on the ground floor.

Tip 2: If you have the "Don’t wash dishes WHERE YOU ANGRY POOP" mod by Scumbumbo, make sure you disconnect the two barrels on the third floor and any of the other sinks you don't want your sims to wash dishes in (and spend time walking back and forth to).
