Floorplan - bedrooms: 7 - First floor features the Primary suite with en suite, plus a secondary suite with en suite. You'll also find a single occupancy and double occupancy guest/butler room. The second floor is the guest wing, which features three additional double occupancy bedrooms.
- common areas: Ground floor flows elegantly - with a breakfast nook, eat-in kitchen with sports bar, dining room with bar, ground floor deck with bar, pool, rear gardens, front gardens, first floor and second floor private and shared decks.

Interior features: Too many to list. See photos. House is enormous and I don't have all day to count the couches, armchairs, TVs, and square feet.
Exterior features: Very large. Fills the space well. Modern shape with curved walls, and Retro Lux paneling. Flat roofing. Pool around back. Private driveway.

Three SimPrime favorite things about this home:
- Enormous living room for entertaining is separate from the family room
- Huge kitchen with large bar and enormous TV
- Massive windows in every room give great views of Oasis Springs from every space

ETC: I have the Second floor blocked off with a wall. If you do family story play with the Landgrabbs, they do have a pretty large extended family, so this could be useful if you add them into the game. If you don't plan to add any extended Landgrabbs, just empty this space and reuse it as you see fit. It's a wealth of space for other things - such as a secret agent lair for Jeffrey, or a malcontent hangout for Nancy and Malcom. Yes, there is food on this lot - a family size portion of excellent quality grilled cheese, made by Johnny Zest. Some say it's the last thing he made before he was ... you know... kicked out.
