Description

*NOTE*:
This was made for playing as "homeless sims" with no jobs, and only selling their "stuff".

But, since to have this lot cost quite big simoleons, so please use these cheats on Manage Worlds =
(Ctrl+Shift C) -> "testingcheats on" -> "freerealestate on". then this lot will be free for your "homeless" sims.

another things to setting to play more realistically as homeless sims (optional):
*Download* Mc Command Center Mod and follow these steps:
1. Click on any computer/laptop in your Sim's house and select MC Command Center.
2. Select MC Settings.
3. Select Money Settings.
4. Select Change Bills Percent.
5. Enter the percentage and change your bills to -100. then you will not have to pay the bills in this "Abandoned" building.

In this lot you'll find :
- Spooky stuff around this lot
- realistic abandoned unfinished building
- a hidden disturbing story/reason why this lot is abandoned and haunted.
- a new idea for your gameplay

have fun simming! thanks.

Meet Robin Holmes, he's inspired by Robin Banks. He's also a certified Burglar, so he's meant to be "not played" but only placed. So he can keep robbing your home :) or do you have other plans for him? your choice, have fun!
