Welfare for your unemployed sims.
This is my first attempt at making a custom Career, so there may be some Jank.
Due to limitations with the game, and my skills, the game still refers to this as a "Job" and "Work", And as this works the same as any basic Career your sim must travel to the Career location at minimum once per week, for a minimum of 1 hour, So to make this a bit more realistic, I loosely based this on the Australian Centrelink Job Seeker Welfare system.
How it works,
- Apply for Welfare from the Careers menu.
- Once per week your sim will leave the lot to have a meeting with their Job Agency.
- After a successful meeting with the Job Agency your sim will be paid by the Government.
- Don't miss a Job Agency appointment! or you'll be kicked off welfare and have to re-apply.
The pay is very low, A total of only $750 per week.
This is designed to be a basic welfare system, not a proper job, so don't expect lazy money.
