This Plant Normally Goes Dormant in the Winter.
If You Use Cheats or Mods to Make This Plant Not Be Dormant for the Winter, This Plant Won't Accumulate Any Snow.
The Water Snowflakes can be found under Decorations-Plants.
When you are near the Water Snowflake Plant, you will get a 2 hour buff.
This feature, if deemed annoying, can be turned off by clicking on the plant.
