Villainy Degree for Reaper Career

I hate grinding careers. I'll do it once, but I rarely want to do it again. I'd much rather go to uni and get a degree that puts me at level 8 in 3 careers at once. This mod is an override that touches the career tuning module, so it'll conflict with any mod that touches the same tuning.

And some people may be wondering, "why the villainy degree?" I don't think being a reaper is inherently evil, HOWEVER, when your job pushes a weekly quota for collecting the souls of the dead, certain personality types will naturally perform better.

And the Villainy Degree was tailor made for those personalities.

I also went back and updated level 1 through 10 of the reaper career so that the degree awards performance, payout, and PTO bonuses.
