First public release.
Features:
A copy of the game vampire puns interaction with following changes:
- Reversed test (don't show if vampire or talking to a vampire) to avoid it showing up as two options
- Autonomously available only to sims who have Vampire Lore level 2.
- Always available under Funny > Jokes
- Might come up as an option in the front page pie menu but the coooldown is significant so it shouldn't be too often
