Unlock all tattoo designs regardless of skill level, including those from giving bad tattoos and using the sketchpad.
Sims will continue to have all designs unlocked even if you move them to unplayed households. This is a great way to have a nice tattoo parlor in your save game if you don't want to play as a tattoo artist, but still want your played sims to be able to get tattoos!
NOTE: Requires Businesses & Hobbies and Lot 51 Core Library.
