After a certain update, the thrift store from HSY became a complete mess—there were no Bubble Tea Counter vendors, and the store's events couldn't function properly. I remember in one of the update announcements, the developers claimed to have fixed this issue (or maybe I misremembered), but that’s not important. My active household currently has four teens, so I started playing HSY again, only to find that the thrift store is still broken.
This mod basically fixes the thrift store issues (at least in my save file)—vendors now appear, store events run normally, and various NPCs show up as they should.
