Lot Trait Descriptions:

Bikini Weather: Sims on this lot have a much better suntan than other sims. Their moods are happier and fitness skill increases faster than on other lot types.

Boat House: A Boat House is a boat that's been converted into a residential lot for living. Sims living on this lot may be happier than other sims as they enjoy the serene nature of living on a boat.

Dolphin Friendly: Dolphins seem to be especially fond of the waters around this lot, Sims may be more likely to find Dolphins and be better friends with them than other sims.

Summer Feeling: Summer Feeling Lots are perfect for Sims who love the feeling the sun gives them and others around them. Sims on this lot are more likely to chat to other sims, increasing Charisma, Comedy and Mischief to their hearts content. Don't forget about that perfect tan they'll get too

Sunshine: Sunshine lots always feel sunny, warm and inviting. Sims on this lot will be more confident than other Sims, they will also be happier when on these lots due to the gain in Vitamin D!

Additional Info

Each trait in this collection provides active buffs, so for the best experience I recommend using one or two traits per lot rather than all three at once. Stacking too many can feel overwhelming buff wise.

Future collections will include more subtle, background style traits but this set was intentionally designed to feel sunny, happy and summer holiday coded. Enjoy!
