This spell allows spellcasters to summon specters.
When clicking on the ground you'll see Summon Specters interaction.If successful, any random specter will be summoned.Failure will cause strange noises and light flickering.
I didn't add a cooldown, so you will be able to summon specters as much as you want, but you will not be able to banish them.They will disappear on they own after 6-8 hours.
Level 2 Practical Spell, can be learned through usual ways.(has a tome, practising,asking the sages).
