Summon a Sim Spell

I've been wanting to do this one for a while, and it's finally ready. Spellcasters who are Level 4 can now summon Sims.

Spell has 3 options:

Once the spell is unlocked, you can summon nearby Sims or Sims your spellcaster knows. The "Summon a Sim" option allows you to summon any Sim in the world, so you will see all Sims in the game.

Note: The "Summon a Sim" option unlocks once your Sim reaches Level 5, has learned the Transportalate spell, and has the Practical Magic perk.

This spell has no failure outcome; if it fails, nothing happens.

Can be learned through the usual ways (tomes, practicing, etc.).
