Added new Housekeeping Hotel Perk!

• You can now opt-in to having dedicated Housekeeping staff and daily rounds to Guest Suites.
• This perk will be added to your previous hotels retroactively, but you'll need to add it to new hotels going forward.
• When the perk is not active Guests will be able to clean up after themselves like normal lots. Once it activates, Guests will go back to being lazy.
• Opt-out of autonomous vacuuming (if you have Bust the Dust) using the new Allow Vacuuming Hotel Setting.

Additional Changes:

• Fixed issue preventing new employees from clocking in to owned hotels.
• Fixed HR•AI toggle not saving.
• Room Service requests like Maintenance that bring staff on-demand should now keep attempting to request staff instead of canceling immediately if an employee is not able to clock in or not hired.
• The Manage Employees picker will now display if an on-demand staff member is expected (due to a requested service).
• Cooking Appropriateness has been returned to Guests so they can autonomously cook meals.
