It hides stretchmarks skin details in CAS, so they will not be added to your Sim when you use the randomize button. You will not be able to add them manually. And also they will not be added to other Sims generated by the game (NPCs).
For now, the file hides/disables all variants (back middle, back side, front middle, and front side), for males and females, and for all age categories (teens, young adults, adults, and elders).
In the future, when add-ons/optional files are available on CurseForge there will be separate files.
